Atlanta-based NCR Corp. is showcasing its latest technology innovations for the travel industry at the Passenger Terminal Expo 2015 being held in Paris at the Porte de Versailles convention hall March 10-12.
Dennis Davidson, vice president of travel, said in a news releases that the company is facilitating the travel experience of airline passengers by helping airports and airlines around the world improve their systems for check-in, shopping and boarding.
“…we understand every aspect of airline and airport transactions and how to leverage technology to make the everyday easier,” he added.
Among the solutions that are being highlighted at the expo: self-checkout at the point of sale for retail outlets, personalized digital marketing, managed payment processing and real-time analytics and barcoded boarding passes delivered to a passenger’s mobile phone.
Additionally, NCR is promoting its airport check-in kiosk which allows passengers to check-in, change seats, add and update frequent flyer information and check in bags.
